weekendness

It's still summer here in southern California, but since the seasons have changed at Starbucks, I had my first.... not pumpkin spice latte because, ew!.... CARAMEL APPLE CIDER of the year. It's not on the menu but you can ask for it and they know what you're talking about. It.is.delicious.and.I.love.it.so.much. I've been getting it since I was right out of high school... in 2000! Seriously, it's a must try. No, it's not a caffeine fix, but it's a scrumptious taste bud fix. And get a tiny bit of whip cream (or a lot, however you roll) cuz then they put more caramel on top!

But in weekend shenanigan news... I worked on Saturday because our system was down a lot during the week. And then spent Sunday balled up on the couch watching football. Just kidding, I wasn't watching. No matter how much I try, I just cannot get into football, it does nothing for me.

But it of course means everything to the boyfriend so I suck it up and try to enjoy it with him. Earlier this year I said "I'm gonna try to get really excited about football this year!!!" As soon as the first game started I was like yea no. I can get excited sometimes when watching the Patriots, just because that's home and that's of course the boyfriends most favorite team ever. So the excitement gets really contagious.  I did enjoy some Hard Fireball Razzyade's, while "watching" football though.

Yes, I have Wizard of Oz  glasses, feel free to be jealous.

That's pretty much all I got for you this Monday. So I'll leave you with a lion, a tiger and a bear.

  5. I feel like me learning that those caramel apple ciders exist is a dark moment. If all my teeth have fallen out in five years, I blame you!

  6. Oooh I'll have to try the caramel apple cider. But confession, sometimes I'm too timid to order "secret menu" things, like I think I'll ask for it and then get a "the fuck are you talking about?" face. Apparently I'm really scared of getting that face.

  9. I can't get into football at all either. In fact, it is pretty annoying to me. I try to never watch it as much as possible.
